Mayor stated that we move now to the motion at hand. Councilman Goolesby stated that I feel that violations by the Mayor and Councilman Turner in this regard and that we need to think of the liability to the city. Mayor called for a vote on the pending motion for ratification. Councilman Phillips - Yea Councilman Turner - Yea Councilman Miller - Yea Councilman Goolesby - Nay Councilman Owens - Nay Mayor - abstained Mayor's Comments: Thank you all for coming out tonight. There being no further business. Mayor Dendy asked to adjourn. Councilman Turner made a motion, seconded by Councilman Goolesby and passed unanimously.
