FEMA REPORT APRIL 24

FEMA has determined that DeKalb County has met or exceeded the threshold set at $211,000.00. The threshold for the county then had to be combined with other counties to meet a statewide threshold of $5 million which was also met. As of this headline the package to declare this area a disaster is awaiting the Governors signature. Once signed it goes to the federal government to declare this a nation disaster then assistance can be provided and FEMA will be visiting the area to assist.
