The following days are hereby declared holidays for all Town officers and employees for the 2010 year.

1) The first of January (New Year’s Day) ½ day of New Years Eve

2) The eighteenth day of January (MLK Day)

3) The third Monday of February (President’s Day)

4) The last Monday in May (Memorial Day)

5) The fourth day of July (Independence Day)

6) The first Monday in September (Labor Day)

7) The eleventh day of October (Columbus Day)

8) The eleventh day of November (Veteran’s Day)

9) The fourth Thursday of November (Thanksgiving Day)

10) The day after Thanksgiving

11) The twenty-fourth day of December (Christmas Eve)
