Mayor told the council to discuss the council meeting of October 27, 2009. The Mayor informed the council that himself and the Mayor pro-tem will not be able to attend the meeting and would like for the meeting to be cancelled until the next regular scheduled meeting of November 10, 2009. A motion to cancel the meeting until November 10, 2009 was made by Councilman Turner, seconded by Councilman Miller. Mayor called for any further discussion.
