Town of Sylvania ;< Regular City Council Meeting Minutes November 10,2009 Mayor Dendy called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. Councilman Goolesby the prayer. Mayor Dendy led the Pledge of allegiance. Mayor Dendy welcomed all guest. », Mayor Dendy requested a motion to disperse the reading of the minutes from the October 13, 2009 Council Meeting. A motion was made to disperse the minutes by Councilman Phillips, seconded by Councilman Owens and passed unanimously. Attendance: Mayor Dendy Councilman Turner Councilman Phillips Councilman Goolesby Councilman Miller Councilman Owens Old Business: None Guest: New Business: Mayor told the council to discuss the Christmas Parade, the parade will be December 12th at 12:00pm, and line-up will be at ll:00am at the brick yard. Nell Burns has sent 42 letters to businesses; Emily Wooten is working on getting the grand marshal. The route is from the brick yard down to the Pharmacy.
