2 Arrest 1ATS 83 Assist Fire: 1 Structures 1 wrecks 3 Brush Assist Street: Councilman Goolesby reported: 6th street ditches cleaned, bush hogging and mowing caught up for winter, a few streets need pot hole repairs, Corrections to street names sent to mapping agency, still awaiting monies for assisting in putting up street name signs, time limit on one way signs have not come in. Public Works: Councilman Phillips reported: infiltration shows 590,000 gal into sewer system, have repaired (bypassed) the manhole in the swamp area. Park and DeKalb Lake Board: Councilman Turner reported: Walk down of new concession building will take place as soon as the water system is completed SBCDA: Councilman Phillips reported: Scarecrow trail was a great success a lot of participation. Mr. Bell won the decoration prize Mayor's Comments: Mayor stated we are going through individual tough time with Chris's dad; Mr. Denton's mom and my mother-in-law. Boy Scout camp is looking really good. Mayor Asked Mr. Denton to close with a pray. There being no further business. Mayor Dendy asked to adjourn.
