remaining portions of this ordinance. Yet it goes on to say the town of Sylvania hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance, and each section, subsection, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional. Councilman Goolesby stated that it is not right to include that portion. Mayor Dendy asked would it be ok to remove that section. Councilman Goolesby answered yes. Mayor Dendy had portion after first sentence stricken. Mayor Dendy asked for any further discussion. Mayor Dendy asked to adjourn.
